Slip it on. Position Luminosa over your face and neck for a comfortable, even fit.
Pick your mode. Red, near-infrared, blue, or yellow - whatever your evening calls for.
Sit back. Press start and relax for 10 minutes, hands-free. Scroll, stretch, do nothing at all.
That's it. Remove and carry on with the rest of your routine. Ten minutes well spent.
